Research by Rural Wide Network carried out concerning primary and pre-tertiary education in our rural communities revealed that out of five children of the households in the localities, only one male child can have pre-tertiary education and none to the girl child.
Some parts of urban communities are in similar situations including Some Islamic communities. Rural Wide Network also observed that these communities including Islamic localities are far behind in terms of education.
